Terms
Conversation and chapters are free. A $22 CAD refundable deposit unlocks your full manuscript, including review by you and your chosen family. It is credited toward the $222 CAD total for the final version and agreed rights transfer. The remaining $200 CAD is due when you choose to lock the manuscript.
The deposit is refundable until locking. Human editorial review and the rights transferred are defined in your project agreement. You review that agreement before any payment. We do not collect payments on this website.
Your original story and contributed material stay yours. The agreement defines draft and final-version rights. Once the agreed rights transfer, you may self-publish, share or keep that version private. A changed version needs its own agreement and deposit.
Jamie uses AI-assisted conversation and drafting. Your corrections and human review help finish the manuscript. We do not invent events, quotes, credentials or endorsements.
We never publish or use your private story for marketing without your explicit consent. Family participation is one to one, with sharing agreed individually. No obligation to publish or continue.
Library reading and download access is free during beta and separate from your own manuscript deposit. Beta terms may change for future projects; the terms and total for your project are shown before you commit.
